The second cargo of Russian diesel has arrived on the Brazilian port of Paranaguá within the southern state of Paraná, in response to Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro.
Bolsonaro recalled that the primary Russian diesel cargo arrived on the Santos port on Oct. 2.
