Ex Cathedra - Christmas Music by Candlelight

This yr, Ex Cathedra’s Christmas Music by Candelight will embody one thing that further bit particular. The Birmingham-based choir beneath its music director Jeffrey Skidmore can be presenting a programme of Christmas music and readings which can embody Christopher Churcher‘s Earlier than the Ice within the Swimming pools, winner of the Sir David Willcocks’ Carol Competitors 2021. And for these wanting one thing just a little extra classical, on 4 December, Ex Cathedra is joined by its Baroque Orchestra for  Bach’s Christmas Oratorio at Birmingham’s Symphony Corridor.
